The Challenge
Selling game credit, app credit, digital cards and subscriptions across the Arab region means serving customers who pay in different currencies and with different methods, and who expect their top-up to arrive immediately. A catalogue that spans gaming, streaming, AI tools, VPN and social-media services is hard to keep clear for the buyer.
Trust is the other half of the problem. First-time buyers of digital goods want proof that others are buying, a record of what they paid, and a fast way to reach a human or an assistant when something goes wrong.
Our Solution
We built a bilingual Arabic/English storefront where customers browse game credit (diamonds and gems), voice-chat and live-streaming app credit, digital cards, TV and streaming subscriptions, AI tools, VPN and social-media services in one place. Prices are shown in the customer's currency, with EGP, SAR, AED, SYP and JOD supported.
Every customer gets an account with a wallet and a full transaction history. Payment works through USDT and local payment methods, and orders are delivered instantly. The store is installable as a Progressive Web App, so repeat buyers can launch it from their home screen.
Trust and support are part of the storefront itself:
- A live feed of recent orders that shows real buying activity

- An AI chatbot for first-line support, with WhatsApp support as the human channel
